Decoiler

Function instruction: uncoiling is to fix the coil on the spindle of the uncoiler, a supporting table to support the coil's Inner diameter,
while working automatically, through material loop controlling instruction to make spindle uncoiling and loosing coil
intermittently, equipped with coil diameter detection, to control uncoiling speed, and ensure uncoiling line speed is uniform
velocity, improved material losing problem.

Components included: the expansion and contraction part, press arm part, limit wheel part, and material loop controlling part.

 The function of the press arm: from the cut-off bundling belt which is used for fixing the coil until the coil head is pressed tightly by
the straightener roller, to prevent coil rebounding; while the whole feeding line working, let the coil uncoiling smoothly, to prevent
coil dispersing and the press arm is motorized, with tracking and follow up function ie. The rotating speed of the press arm roller is
absolutely the same as uncoiling line speed, then tensioning the metal strip, to prevent coil loosing.

 

Function instruction: use the unbending principle to release material bending stress to straighten the plate, then feed into the press
equipment according to set length and speed.

cylinder from one side, lifting angle can reach up to 30 degrees. Operating the touch screen HMI or button of the hand operating
box to open the straightening-feeding rollers, this way, easy to clean rollers, to ensure material surface flatness and cleanliness. Adopts double oil cylinder to control.

1. Coil width guide: located on the upper left & right of the uncoiler (double limit wheel), unpowered, can be rotated along with any external force, for preventing the coil of sideslip while uncoiling. Two limit wheels can be discretionary adjusted, driven by a hand wheel and gear.
2. Coil press arm: keeps pressing on the sheet metal while feeding, and prevents the coil from loosening. The wheel of the press arm is coated with PU, which wouldn't scratch the surface of a metal strip.
3. Hydraulic mandrel support arm: when the width of the coil is very long, it is necessary to use this arm to support the spindle to Share weight on the mandrel.
4. Coil loading car: be used for loading the coil into the mandrel of the uncoiler smoothly, saving downtime and labor.

High Degree of Flatness
