Feature
1. This is a specially designed straightener for medium-thick products that need improving the high precision punching treatment. As we all know, coil material can not produce good products without flattening and stress-relieving treatments; therefore, the performance of the straightener is critical in the production process.
2. The flattening and the straightener secondary wheels adopt the imported heat treatment and start production after plating the hard chrome and smiling to ensure the evenness of the chrome layers and the form tolerances of each bearing.
3. The flattening adjusting adopts floating four-point balancing equipment, with the dial indicator, which can find the leveling point rapidly.
4. It adopts the cardan joint and the tripe-gear transmission, suitable for straightener high-precision requirement products.
5. Except for the straightener roller the additional feeding wheel improves the punching precision.
6. It adopts the high precision axis and the lubricating system, which prolongs the machine's lifespan.
7. Each straightener wheel of the S series precision straightener adopts the flatting satellite to prevent distortion in the manufacturing process from happening, which improved the product's flatness quality.
8. With the fixed top and bottom secondary roller, enhanced the top and bottom wheel rigidity and prevent them distorts.
9. The triplication and the transmission structure adopt the synchronous style to transfer each leveling roller individually to lower the panel surface flatness improving the requirement because of the interspaces caused by wheels rotating.
10. Due to the differences in the material quality, width, and thickness, there are no fixed values as the preferences; therefore, taking some materials for a pilot run before the mass production and starting the continuous assembly after it reaches the standard.
2. Adopting four-point fine adjustment is more suitable for processing high-precision products. Four-point independent pressure is used to adjust the pressure of the feeding wheel for incoming and outgoing materials, which can effectively prevent deviation and deformation of materials.
3. Support roller adopts galvanizing roller without power, material integrated forming, surface resistance to scraping grinding, using mechanical bearings, rotating flexible and durable.
4. It adopts a cost iron hand wheel, and its surface is electroplated, it is the most traditional hand wheel.
5. The protective cover on both sides protects the transmission part, equipped with a window for convenient observation.

3. All parts are processed by numerical control and CNC, with good interchangeability of equipment.
