Product Description

1. It is space-saving that the uncoiler and straightener are integrated into a single machine.
2.  feed the metal strip smoothly by combining a non-motorized uncoiler and powered straightener.
3. Manual or hydraulic expansion of the uncoiler mandrel is available.
4. Equipped with 11 rolls including 7 straightening rolls and 4 pinch rolls are designed for materials thickness from 0.4 to 3.5mm.
5. High-hardness and anti-friction rolls are made from heat-treated alloy steel with hard chrome plating and precision ground.
6. The micro-adjustment device individually adjusts the gap between the upper and lower rolls by worm gear.
7. Equipped with Japanese electromagnetic contactors and electronic components, have fewer breakdowns and longer lifetimes.
8. Pressing the arm prevents the coil from loosening. (option)
9. Equipped with an inverter,  make it easier for the operator to adjust the payoff speed. (option)

Leveling Adjustment Device

Pneumatic Press Arm

The pneumatic press arm keeps pressing on the sheet metal while feeding, preventing the coil from loosening. The wheel of the press arm is coated with PU, which wouldn't scratch the surface of the metal strip.
