The machine features
1.This model is suitable high speed,high precision feeding processing feeding length adjusting is done by the transposition of 1-4 piece gear wheel.
2. Most suitable for processing the products requiring high feed accuracy at a high speed. This is the feeder enjoying widest range of
rapplications covering thin to thick materials, length from short to long and width from wide to narrow.
3. Without need of plate thickness adjustment. Feed length can be altered by changing the gear. No skill needed.
4.Specifications:
(1) Intermittent roll feed adopting the cam driving system.
(2) Feed length is altered by changing 2 to 4 pieces of gears.
(3) The system is driven by lower roll.The upper roll is pressed by the spring.
(4) Manual change of the air valve is used to release the pper and lower rolls in case of.
(5) Index cams are lubricated in oil bath and gear system is lubricated automatically.
(6) Upper and lower rolls are hard chrome plated.
(7)Slackening device is eccentricity cam, so slackening angle is within 0° -180°,and is adjustable.

A: The standard machine is 25 to 30 working days after payment. For compact coil feed lines or whole metal stamping lines, it needs 30-70 workdays depends on different specifications and production plan in our factory,we will confirm the delivery time based on the specific project itself.

A: Yes, we warmly welcome customers to do OEM and ODM in our factory.
