Combining the power of the heavy-duty HL unit with the straightening performance of 11 work rolls ( 6 upper and 5 lower ), the HL unit gives the material a high degree of flatness to the materials from up to 6.0mm thick
Geared Motor with Inverter Control allows the feed speed to change easily, and a direct drive mechanism without a chain and precision gear has been adopted. These features create maximum smoothness of the work roll movement producing a precise end product.
