Geared Motor with Inverter Control
Geared Motor with Inverter control allows the feed speed to change easily, in addition, a direct drive mechanism without a chain and precision gear has been adopted. These features create maximum smoothness of the work roll movement producing a precise end product.
Function description: Fix the inner diameter of the material roll at the expansion and contraction part, and make the material a platform for intermittent rotating and discharging according to the requirements.
Material pressing arm: During operation, the material is pressed to prevent the material from dispersing. During the operation, the speed of the pressing wheel can be adjusted to match the linear speed of the pressing wheel and the material roll to prevent the material roll from unraveling.
Limit roller: Located on the upper right side of the material rack, used for the width positioning of the material roll, the outer roller can be opened to facilitate the material roll to enter the expansion and contraction mechanism, the limit roller must be closed to perform the automatic operation function
