Product Description
TL series sheet metal straightener
It's a necessary device used in metal coil straightener filed, such as low-carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, Aluminum, brass, etc. Material thickness capacity of 0.5-3.0mm.
TL series main feature.
1). Main body was welded by high-quality thick steel plates.
2). Adopts 7pcs solid straightening rollers, roller material of 40Cr, finished tempering and quenching, hard chrome plating, grinding, etc. The surface hardness comes to 58-62°
3). Mechanical parts to press material, 2pcs pressing inlet feeding rollers, and 2pcs pressing outlet feeding rollers.
4). Adopts 4pcs handle wheels to adjust straightener gap via 2pcs handle wheels.
5. Equips with DELTA inverter, machine's running speed adjustable.
The head of the straightener
1. The head adopts the design of a parallel roller, the upper 3 rollers/lower 4 rollers, a total 7 refined roller structure
2. Adopting four-point fine adjustment is more suitable for processing high-precision products. Four-point independent pressure is used to adjust the pressure of the feeding wheel for incoming and outgoing materials, which can effectively prevent deviation and deformation of materials.
3. Support roller adopts galvanizing roller without power, material integrated forming, surface resistance to scraping grinding, using mechanical bearings, rotating flexible and durable.
4. It adopts a cost iron hand wheel, and its surface is electroplated, it is the most traditional hand wheel.
5. The protective cover on both sides protects the transmission part, equipped with a window for convenient observation.
