2. Scrap reduction :
The minimum distance between disk to disk and disk to the strip edges came to 2mm, and the blanking path can be multi-shifted, according to a 60-degree angle calculation, every shift can save 7% of the material. When the size of the disks is different, you just have to change the arrangement angle, improving the utilization rate of materials(refer to the following picture).
